Granite countertops
- Natural colors and mottling make each piece unique
- Color never fades
- Adds value to your house
- Stands up well to splashes, knives and heat
Marble countertops
- Lighter spectrum of color selection
- Natural beauty
- Softer stone (must be sealed)
- More susceptible to staining and etching
Quartz countertops
- Quartz is a manufactured stone
- Available in greater variety than natural stone
- Low maintenance
- Does not have the natural variegation of granite
Quartzite countertops
- Natural Stone
- Heat resistance
- Harder than granite
- Some colors look like marble; however will not etch
